Municipalities with linguistic facilities - The municipalities with linguistic facilities or municipalities with facilities (Dutch: "faciliteitengemeenten", French: "communes à facilités") are Belgian municipalities with special law provisions to protect rights of their (historic) linguistic minorities. They are so-called 'municipalities with a special status'.
